It’s become a widespread belief that most people in the entertainment industry are hooked on drugs. Some of our artistes have been suspected to abuse drugs which have resulted in their otherwise thriving talents taking a nose-dive.

However, Agona Swedru superstar, Patapaa known in real life as Justice Amoah has raised his hands in innocence, indicating he’s very clean as he’s never smoked or drank alcohol in his lifetime.

“What is ‘weed’… I don’t know anything called ‘weed’. The only ‘we’ I know is a pronoun my teacher taught me in school and not what can be smoked”, this was Patapaa’s answer to Delay’s question about whether he smokes ‘weed’.
He started life as a bartender in Agona Swedru but the ‘One Corner’ hit maker said he never learnt how to drink ‘akpeteshie’ nor smoke ‘weed’ during that period.

Patapaa in an interview with Delay on ‘The Delay Show’ made it clear that he only takes in Guinness and nothing else.

“I only drink what you drink that’s Guinness,” he told Delay when she quizzed him on whether or not he takes in Akpeteshie”.
