EBONY'S HIT SONGS WON'T LAST - GASMILLA

Gasmilla In the past it used to be that a song would reign for a long time and dominate the airwaves wherever you pass, but these days the hit songs come and go like a flash in a pan. ‘Telemo’ hitmaker Odartei Milla Lamptey, known professionally as Gasmilla, says his hit song was the type of old skull hits which reigns for a long time whilst Ebony’s hit songs are simply flashes which last for months and then disappear for another one to take over. Gasmilla was speaking with Graphic Showbiz in a recent interview and was asked why he hasn’t been able to drop another hit song since ‘Telemo’ took over the entire Ghana in 2014. According to him, every artist releases a massive hit song in their career that they are never able to match up to again and for him that song was ‘Telemo’. “For instance it will be difficult for Nana Boroo to release a song bigger than Aha Yede or D -Cryme to release a song bigger than Kill Me Shy. SARKODIE ACCUSED OF STEALING LYRICS ON "NO COILING"

Sarkodie Sarkodie is undoubtedly one of the best rappers in Ghana. He has been adjudged the best rapper many times . But it looks as if the rapper has run out of lyrics. His current song released few days ago have a line that is believed to have been taken from a young rapper by name Mr One. It’s a wordplay he did in his new tune concerning his Rap being Flawless because it doesn’t touch the floor (Floor less). Go listen to Mr One’s verse on Big – 6-Cypher Episode one, season two. A project by Alfred Brain Aborga A Ghanaian based in Belgium, CEO of loudsoundgh.com Mr One made that line in the song, most particularly listen carefully at 2:49 to 2:52 of the cypher song. Sark nailed the ‘No coiling’ song but picking a line most especially a word play from an upcoming artiste is a plus for the guy. This is an epitome that indicates that sark listens to a lot of music but he should sit his ass up and write more lines. Culled from Kumikasa.com
