The love poured by his fans during her one week celebration was massive and tremendous, with the venue flooded with fans . The huge number of persons at her one week celebration gave the impression that her final funeral rites should be staged on a bigger venue in order to contain the huge number of people to pay their last respect to the ephemeral.
The family of Ebony Reigns have disclosed that the funeral scheduled for March 17, 2018, would be held at the Black Star Square, Independence Square in Accra.

The dad, Mr. Opoku Kwarteng, speaking on Hitz FM confirmed that, after deliberations with family and stakeholders within the industry – the Independence Square has been chosen as the venue for the final funeral rites of the music luminary.
Ebony passed away last month in a gory motor accident, together with 2 other associates, Franky Kuri and Atsu Vondee.

Ebony who was returning from Sunyani after a visit and was involved in a car accident and died at the Bechem Government Hospital.
